I’m Sorin Jecan, a Romanian geodetic engineer and road-construction engineer. I also develop Android applications with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.

Experience in the physical world.

Over more than 10 years of professional work, my background has developed around geodesy, surveying, and road construction. My areas of focus include GNSS, Civil 3D, and construction management.

Curiosity in the digital world.

Software development gives me a way to explore practical problems through another medium. My Android projects include RoadBuild, Points Calculator, and Sentinel, a private device-recovery system.

I’m interested in the connection between technical precision and tools that are straightforward to use.
